These terms govern your use of sunstoneabode.com and your purchase of products from Sunstone Abode (ABN 92 010 771 963). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or pricing is incorrect (see our Cancellation Policy).
• As all items are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are normal and are not faults.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card is charged at the time of order.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns and consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and the "Sunstone Abode" name — is owned by us or our suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to transmit any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our products is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the goods or the cost of having the goods resupplied. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
