Cancellation Policy

We pack and dispatch orders quickly, so the window to cancel is short. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancelling an unshipped order

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched, provided you contact us promptly. To cancel, email hello@sunstoneabode.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel order #". We aim to reply within 1 business hour during trading hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST).

After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, it can no longer be cancelled. If you have changed your mind, please refuse delivery or return the parcel unopened under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if:

  • An item is out of stock or has been incorrectly priced on the website.
  • We suspect the order is fraudulent or has been placed in breach of our Terms of Service.
  • We are unable to ship to the supplied address.

In all such cases we will email you immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are issued through Stripe to the original card or payment method used at checkout. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
