Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our studio at 27 Le Claire Place, Buderim QLD 4556. Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST on a business day are typically packed and dispatched the same day; orders placed later are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times (Australia)

• Queensland metro: 3–5 business days
• NSW, VIC, ACT, SA metro: 4–7 business days
• WA, NT, TAS and regional areas: 6–10 business days

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with full tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Standard tracked shipping: $12.95 AUD flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
• Express tracked shipping: $19.95 AUD flat rate (1–3 business days to most metro areas).
• Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.

International shipping

At this time we ship within Australia only. We hope to open international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to hear first.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays or due to weather events. If your order has not arrived within 3 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact hello@sunstoneabode.com and we will lodge an investigation.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer; if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
