Refund & Returns Policy

At Sunstone Abode we want you to be delighted with every order. If you change your mind, you may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown by Australia Post tracking.
  • Sale items, gift cards and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to start a return

Email hello@sunstoneabode.com with your order number and a brief reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with a returns address and instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of arrival at our studio in Buderim QLD), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if your item arrives damaged, has a major fault, or is not what you ordered. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
